Business Boosters strives for 100% customer satisfaction day in and day out. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will do everything possible to correct the situation to your complete satisfaction.

While working with Business Boosters on custom orders, we provide opportunities to see graphics simulated on products prior to imprinting or embroidery. We may provide mockups and or other simulations to address any concerns. We may also request sign-off on proofs or simulation to confirm your acceptance.


Non-Returnable Items

Except in the case of manufacturing defects, we are unable to accept returns on personalized promotional items and custom orders. Once your logo or imprint is printed on the product we will not accept any returns.


Pre-Production Cancellation

You have an option to cancel the order before we start the printing process. Once your order has been placed into production with your custom request as indicated on your visual proof, the order cannot be canceled and refunds will not be issued.



Unless otherwise stated, product samples should be returned within 15 days. Samples not returned within 15 days will be invoiced with your final order.


Disclosure of Fees

Not all items are subject to a restocking fee. Returns on undamaged blank items may require an average of 10% to 30% restocking fee. This fee is based solely on the fee requirements of our suppliers. Because we do business with an ever-changing list of 600+ suppliers, each with different fee policies, any required restocking fee will be communicated to the customer in advance of the return request


Responsibility for Shipping

We will arrange for pickup of any misprinted, damaged or defective items at no cost to you.


Window of Returns

Please check your order for defects, color, quantity immediately upon arrival, as there are no returns after 10 days from receipt of order.


Securing an RMA/Return Authorization

In the event that you receive misprinted or incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately within 1-3 days of your shipment arrival.


Required Condition of Returned Items

Blank, unimprinted items must be returned in new, re-saleable condition. Except in the case of manufacturing defects, we are unable to accept returns on personalized promotional items and custom orders.


Receiving Your Refund

All orders must be received by our headquarters. Once the returned order is verified and confirmed, we will process your refund. The method of refund depends primarily on the method of initial payment. Credit card orders will be refunded to the same credit card of purchase. Refunds will be provided within 2-3 weeks of returned merchandise. You will only be refunded the unit price of the items, less the restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable.


Custom Orders

We do not provide returns or refunds on custom made orders.


Please note: We do not have control of freight carriers' scheduled pick up window for packages due for return. This can delay the refund process.
